REFUND/EXCHANGE

 **Refund and Exchange Policy**

 

At Coco Knot Clothing, each item is handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds to the original method of payment. However, we do accept exchanges for size adjustments or defective items under the conditions outlined below.

 

**Exchange Policy**

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to fabric availability and can only be processed if the item is returned **unworn, unwashed, free of stains, odors, and pet hair**, with original tags intact. Customer is responsible for shipping items back and a return address will be provided upon request.

 

Defective / Incorrect Items 

We thoroughly inspect every item before shipping, but if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt at hello@cocoknotclothing.com. You must notify us within 7 days to initiate an exchange or return for these items.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange 

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@cocoknotclothing.com

If your request is approved, we will provide you with a return address to send back your item/items. **Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.**

ROUTE INSURANCE

We have added the option of route insurance to protect and ensure your package arrives safely. We package all items with care but things can happen along the way that are out of our control. If your package arrives damaged with items are missing, your package is marked as delivered but never arrived or if your package gets lost in transit, Route is there to protect your purchase. Opting out of Route Protection releases Cocoknot Clothing from any and all liability.
